Our holiday apartment is situated just 400metres from the excellent beach of Mil Palmeras in the community of RioMar, renowned for its lush green gardens and quality developments. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, fitted kitchen, laundry room and roof solarium. There is ample parking to the front of the property as well as secure private underground parking with lift service directly to all floors. The apartment is fully air conditioned and is equiped with all home comforts such as, flat screen TV, DVD player ,dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, filtered drinking water, fitted wardrobes. There are 2 fully fitted bathrooms, both with twin sinks, baths and showers. The town of Mil Palmeras is a 3 minute walk with local restaurants and bars being reasonably priced and English spoken in most of them. The town of Pilar de la Horadada is a 5 minute stroll away and offers a larger selection of cafe's, shops bars and restaurants as well as endless beaches and a Marina.

The spaciuos fully fitted kitchen includes oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and is fully equipped with everything for dining in. The built in sink is fitted with filtered purified water, so no need to buy bottled water. Door to the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc.
